selfesteemandy - I’m not giving up, not for good. Just had a bad day.
Today, wasn’t much better. I had another mocha, a 16oz this time, for breakfast, a banana for lunch and a hot dog for dinner. I don’t know how I got away with eating so little. I just wasn’t hungry. But despite that I still feel stuffed and fat.
Three more days until my first bi-monthly weigh-in, then I start making a conscious effort to eat better, eat less and exercise more. Okay, exercise. Period. :D
