Yesterday: (Day 1)

Alright, so i WOULD have posted after my workout yesterday…. But I needed to eat and go straight to work, and when I got home I was too tired to bother getting on tumblr.

Any way, yesterday was just Biceps and Triceps, just started a heavy weight phase to help boost weight loss/muscle growth over the next couple months.  (Yes people, lifting HEAVY WEIGHTS helps you lose weight…)  No big deal, I swap phases every 4 weeks or so. 

Anyway, here in a minute I’m gonna go run 2 miles per my training plan.
