Breakfast:

Lunch:

Snack:

Dinner: 

  • Hebalife Formula 1 shake - 80 cal

Total: 320 

I don’t recommend anyone to do this. Very hard, especially if you’re like me who eats every time hunger is felt. And it’s probably unhealthy, but I’m doing it as a personal experiment. I’ll be eating again tomorrow, that’s for sure.
