I’ve done horrible so far this year with weight. Not only have I not been losing any, I’ve gained. I’m easily at where I was a year ago. I’ve gained nearly 15 pounds from my year low (which was early in the year). I need to get my head back in the ‘game’. I’d prefer to lose what I’ve gained (& then some) just by ending my lazy-non-exercise streak & by eating less calories, mainly by cutting out all the junky & non-necessary eating.
I need a buddy or motivation or something. I still have this, my twitter, & my blog but it seems like I have less involved followers/readers. I think that I also participate less these days. I think these 2 factors affect the other so it goes in circles.
