So I worked out for about two hours and my legs are sore….but you know the saying NO PAIN, NO GAIN!!! (THOUGH IT NEVER REALLY MADE SENSE TO ME)
Correction on my weig ht: So i posted yesterday that I was 288lbs, but that was how much I weighed on May 1st when I first started lol.
My newly adjusted weight (as of today) s 267.5lbs!!!
I am porud of the progress that I made since last month, but honestly I didn’t even see all that coming.
So far I’ve had 3 bottles of 16.9 FL oz of water, Wheat Toast and Fish with/ V8. Water melon slices and I’lll have brown rice and fish a littl elater on.
