Anil Kapoor's film comes first for daughter Rhea, Sonam's sister chose to work as AD on their home production Emma over KJo movie
When Anil Kapoor's younger daughter Rhea Kapoor wanted to get work experience behind the camera, he suggested she join Karan Johar's Dharma Productions.
The actor talked to K-Jo sometime last year, who welcomed her into his company.
Rhea began assisting Ayaan Mukherjee who's directing Wake Up Sid for Dharma Productions. However, six months on, she's no longer with the under-production film.

The Kapoor girl, will now assist papa Kapoor with his home production starring Sonam a desi remake of Jane Austen's Emma.
A source reveals, "Rhea is very passionate about filmmaking. She has studied filmmaking abroad and follows world cinema closely.
She learned a lot while assisting Ayaan on Wake Up Sid but felt there were too many assistants and wanted more exposure.
She left halfway through the film and is now involved with Anil Kapoor Productions." At the moment, Sonam's sibling is doing a recce for the film's location and other production details.
Fast learner
Anil Kapoor admits, "Yes, Rhea is now involved with our home production. She feels she has the necessary experience.
She is a fast learner and has picked up the ropes while working in Karan's production house. Unlike Sonam, she is not interested in working in front of the camera."
While Anil Kapoor's elder daughter Sonam's an actress, son Harsh is a director-to-be (is learning scripting and directing in LA presently) and now Rhea will run the production house.
Rib him about having all the talent at home and he laughs, "It wasn't planned like that. It's just where their interests lay. I encouraged them to follow their interests."
